None, very toxic especially in the business line I worked.
Cons
Many. 1. 1-3% annual salary increase 2. OT pay being reduced 3. Manager so incompetent 4. If you're being tossed around to other teams even though you're a good employee, it means the manager wants you out of the company. 5. No career growth. 6. If you want your career to be miserable, work here at Intertek 7. There's no cultural diversity. 8. The main problem is the Manager. 9. Very low salary adjustments.
