      Pros

      Great starting pay mostly, vacation time is one of the best packages, great insurance packages, friendly employees.

      Cons

      Terrible pay raise program, lack of management, lack of hiring and piling more work on people instead of hiring out, hiring process takes forever to get onboard. Very little cleanliness. Equipment is worn out and not maintenance or replaced causing massive delays.

      Pros

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Cons

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
