Pros
Search twitter for #IntuitLife and you'll see what I mean. I can't say enough positive things coming to work for Intuit. I didn't have much sales experience when I started and was nervous about starting in my first sales role. From the first day, it was incredible, they invested in my training and development. Intuit has a remarkable learning culture and aptitude to adapt and change. The organization has incredible leadership and lives their values. They are employee first which translates into my passion for delivering for customers and our shareholders. I have also had the incredible opportunity to co-founded a local career development community at the site and get to help people bring their whole-selves to work. Awesome! Here are a few reasons to consider a career: - Incredible team and leadership that cares about the voice of the employee - They value and want more women in tech - Opportunity for growth - 3 different roles in 3 years - Opportunity to compete for CEO sales club - which if you win is a vacation like no other WOW - On site Gym, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Fitness Classes - work hard, play hard - Socials celebrating Eid, Pride, Christmas and variety of other groups - get to meet and get to know everyone in the company - Tuition reimbursement program - Great compensation and benefits plan - love the employee stock purchase plan and RRSP matching from day 1 The fact that I'm even writing a review is testament enough to myself. This is place where you can do the best work of your life and be recognized for it.
Cons
A year ago I had some concerns about prospects for career development however I voiced my concerns to leaders and they addressed it, opened doors and even offered us the opportunity to participate in a solution. So kind of a no-con Con I guess - sorry
