50% of co-workers are NOT fun to work with and not really sure how/why many of them have jobs. The secret cliques that watch out for each other and help each other progress through the company together. Retaliation is a problem. Secret "layoffs" (aka secret firing in batches). Push to replace older employees with a younger crew; we got you to where you are and this is how we are rewarded? If our skillsets are no longer marketable for Intuit's future, it's because we've stood by loyally for years and remained "stagnant" to support the business.
