Pros

Great company benefits - spotlights, yearly gym allowance, health insurance benefits Reputable company

Cons

Despite having a leadership overhaul, the company still lacks a clear strategy and senior management have no idea how to or what it takes for the company to be successful. The whole senior leadership has lost their credibility as the year has been a complete joke, with no increase in the overall Australian subscriber number. The company has definitely lost their way in terms of direction and culture. Intuit is no longer a great place to work for and has definitely lost its appeal. There's an awful lot of politics that happens in both the Sales and Marketing teams, which basically means that those who don't "play the game" as well as the others will never get recognised. We've lost a huge amount of talent because of this. The culture of the company has changed dramatically. It's no longer a place where people want to work at.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
