Pros

Free Food Free Transport Don’t have even single word more than that

Cons

Work anywhere or do on less salary but never work at Intuit as contractor. They will treat you like small person or as a third class citizen no matter you are male or female. No learning. Literally I was surprised like full time employees be it manager or SE2, they won’t even say HI to you just because you are contractor. It’s fine you won’t be invited for company paid lunches or something. But let me tell you, humanity is died here. They won’t ask you for some FTE bday celebration, happening just next to you. All FTEs, and their managers are failed as human here. If you are a girl specially, please dont join here. They can put pictures of giving goodies to workers, but there’s nothing for you here, not even respect. Dont give trauma to yourself working here. Infact before flexi seats, they had separate seats for CWs, My God one small bench and chair facing wall for someone who is manager in parent company and working here from last 8 years. God knows how they were dealing it from so many years. I know money gets important sometimes, but working here should be the last option on Earth.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
