Pros
culture is generally very good, they try to be collaborative. However, it’s sometimes a bit too collaborative.
Cons
Wastes employees times by forcing them to go to the office especially when you don’t need to be in the office to do your work. Most people moved away from the city during covid and now this company forces them to return to work. Makes no sense because in sales you don’t need other people to do your work. It’s an independent role. Also, it feels like their diversity is specific to one type of people: Indian/Pakistani. Every other person is of that ethnicity. Management are all of that descent so they keep hiring their own kind.
