Departments totally in silos, nobody knows what's going on or wants to make a decision. I'd always had great respect for this company - until I worked there. It was a disappointment. Like anyplace of course it depends on your specific role and manager too. But the truth was that I was not at all impressed with what I saw or heard. My respect for the company faded fast once I was inside.
