You will be engaged over the headset with a member of the public all day. You will be tormented by Supervisors who know you're depressed but pretend you're happy. You will be shouted at everyday regardless of how well you succeed at the task. Your breaks will be decided for you in other words, you have no choice. You will have a QC daily basically where they randomly monitor your call and tell you what you've done wrong and right, then sarcastic remarks, then you sit down and put on your cheap headset and harass the public all day and night.
