Business Outlook
Pros
There are some of great people to learn from and work with, and you'll definitely get a lot of experience from all the projects that you work on.
Cons
The wealth of experience you will gain from all the work will come at a cost: consistent overtime without compensation or added time off. No raises or bonuses have been distributed for the past 2-3 years - it kills morale. Due to workload, unsatisfactory experiences with HR (they don't care about people, they only care about corporate), and an inconsistent promotion system, there's a pattern of great junior staff with potential leaving for other better jobs. Lastly, good people don't always make good managers.
