If the product is not differentiated, then a company-wide strategy should be instituted on how to land business. If profitability is the most important, then there will not be any land grab opportunities. When your entire company is at a awards dinner and your new CEO stands on stage and cusses you out for not being in seat and you are still not hitting OTE targets, why would you want to stay?
