      Has the potential to be a compelling solution for companies, alot has to change. Marketing is very strong

      Backend Loaded Comp Plan Top Heavy Management Seems Finance gets involved in everything, so financially driven "Old School" is the best way to characterize the environment and management style "C" and "D" caliber sales talent I would not pay attention to any reviews with Utah as the address

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
