Pros
Good people who are trying to do a good job but are set up to fail because there is not good training in place.
Cons
This is one of those places where you are trying to learn the job from people who have been with the company for a decade or more. Nothing is written down anywhere, even though it should be, and every account is different and has its own rules. So you are guessing how to do your job, and you guess wrong. Or you do it right but people who have only been here two years and still act like they are new do their job wrong and now everything is messed up. The people who know how to do the job don't have time to train/help all the people that don't.
