If you get acquired by Ivanti, run away quick. 90%+ of all employees from acquisitions done over the years are fired or leave. Products are dying. Top employees are leaving. Annual RIF's are now the norm.
If you are a current employee, keep a close eye on sales. If there are any misses expect there to be layoffs. Don't stick around to wait and see.
Despite what management may say, EBITDA is king.
Moving to low cost locations (ie Poland) will be a primary focus across all departments.
Employees that leave generally don't get backfilled and nearly everyone in the company is overworked and just getting by. There is no investment in additional resources. People are burned out and morale is at an all time low.
