      Pros

      Management is very empowering. Not Micro-managing at all. Relaxed environment. Food provided quite often. Great benefits. Likes to promote within. Great pay for position - Higher than competitors. A good feeling of job security- No random layoffs that I know of.

      Cons

      Communication from the top down could be improved.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
