People are leaving Ivanti in droves - Sales Ivanti Employee Review

Zero integrity. People are leaving Ivanti on almost a daily basis now. When you are interviewing they will tell you what a great culture they have and how you will get paid. When you get there you will find it to be quite the opposite. All they care about is buying up companies but have no plans to do anything with them. Marketing hires another Director level position every other week but yet they aren't doing anything to bring in business or bring company awareness. Meanwhile sales and business development don't know if or at what percentage they are going to get a commission check for the work you did. It's like they do everything they can to not pay you. I've never worked at a place like this ever.
