      Pros

      This organization gives you the platform to develop relationships with many Software/Hardware Resellers and System Integrators across the region and the country as they are 100% Channel Drivien. The Solution Set has been the leader for 2 decades so it's not too dificult to get the attention of this channel. The employees at this orgination are all quality and have a good heads on their shoulder. Great work enviroment and great place to learn.

      Cons

      Too many changes. Intel spinoff, purchase by Avocent, Emerison Acquisition, now purchased by TomaBravo.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
