      *One of the most collaborative and supportive cultures I've been a part of. There is a strong focus on supporting work life balance and encouragement and support for volunteering time. *New products bring IT and Security together creating an high value platform play. A large number of integrated products to serve customers needs. *Large customer base of mostly strong advocates *Shifting to SAAS as an organisation

      Cons

      *Relatively complex portfolio of products *Hard decisions have to be made of what products and environments to support *Pivoting from an on-prem to SAAS is never easy and is a journey

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
