Pros
The discount is the best reason to work, however working in retail is counterproductive if you are trying to actually save money. Also, the factory store where I worked had amazing sales associates who were helpful, friendly, and had a sense of humor. The people at that particular location made work enjoyable.
Cons
I was dissatisfied with the low entry-level salary. I excelled as a new employee and felt as though I deserved higher pay based on my educational background and success as a sales associate.
