      Great employee discounts. 50% off sale merchandise. 60% on a certain number of tops and bottoms each month. You get extra money if you open up new credit card accounts.

      Cons

      Small 5 hr shifts, I found it hard to make that much money in a week even if you work everyday.

      Really nice working culture, everyone is collaborative and working together. Very low employees turnover

      Pay could be better. Leadership not aligned, lots of changes and stress falling on production to make it haplen
