Strong team mentality, get customer focus. Company gives you the opportunity to learn. Good relationship with managers. Flexible hours for a student.

Cons

Sometimes goals set were not reasonable, too much pressure to always be selling. Not a lot of opportunity for growth. Very small commission

- Kept all promises made during interview. - good pay - great associate benefits and health insurance and PTO Healthy work environment

Sometimes traffic can be really slow so it was hard to meet my goals as a full-time stylist.

Pros

Good time-off package. Holiday week off for office employees. Historically respected work-life balance and flexible working. Good employee discount and maternity leave.

Cons

C-suite pushing a mandatory 3 days in-office after 5+ years of boasting flexibility as a cornerstone of their employee benefits package. Lack of clear and thoughtful communication of this new policy was frustrating and disheartening as an employee. Leadership, starting with the CEO, is at an all-time low of the last 6 years of working in their corporate office. Horrifying to see how poorly initiatives are getting rolled out, likely getting pushed down from board of directors. Would anticipate a rough transition into the company if you choose to take a role replacing the dozens of employees possibly being forced to leave the company due to RTO.
