Pros
My team lead is an amazing person and really makes sure to do the most he can for his employees. However, I think your satisfaction really depends on who your group lead is. A poor lead will make for poor morale and work quality. Overall Jacobs has a good work life balance in my opinion.
Cons
Compensation is on the lower end compared to the same position at other companies.
