Pros

The compensation is good and the ability to telecommute is a plus. They also have ample project work.

Cons

The people. Also, the lack of training and management support is pretty astounding. I was literally dropped in a cubicle, given access to a computer, and pretty much had to figure everything else out by myself. I don't know if it's like this at every office, but the people here are all very stuck up. It reminds me of high school where everyone has their cliques and tends to look down their nose at newcomers. Also, everyone seems to think that whatever it is they are working on is more important anyone else's. Which makes it difficult if you work on 12 different projects because you can expect to have 12 different people barking orders at you and demanding that their items be made priority. This type of self-righteous attitude has been consistent across the board from what I have seen. A lot of the time the people you work with can either make coming to work tolerable (or maybe even enjoyable) or they can make it absolutely miserable. Unfortunately in this case it seems to be the latter.
