Pros
Overall the people are very good and compensation is good as well.
Cons
I understand cost cutting measures are the new business model, but to what extent. Soon, the office I am working in will be empty and all the work will be done in Mumbai. It will destroy the EPCM market and thousands of people will be unemployed. People are NOT your greatest asset, money and profits are. This is very unfortunate for Canadian economy, but it is the truth.
