Company is continuously looking to enter new markets and/or develop presence in existing markets. Outlook and strategy is good and lends to sustainability.
Cons
Large, growing company with aging workforce. Age/duration at Company appears to carry more weight than performance/productivity. Training & Development programs are weak to non-existent.
