Challenging work environment. Some capability of relocation. Flexibility in hours and work schedule. Good pay schedule and grade.
Cons
Difficulty in convincing management to relocate. Average and below average benefits including medical, 401k, dental, and vision. As with all engineering company becoming a core staff is difficult so personnel is always coming and leaving depending on the project work load.
