Good first job out of college - Highway Engineer Jacobs Employee Review

Good work environment. People are kind, However, I think they often give busy work that no one wants to do, especially as an entry level. They do not help much when you request to do other stuff. It is very slow to grow in this organization. On average, salary increases per year are only like 1%-3%. They don't do much to promote people. They do not give a bonus. You only get your salary and that's it.
