Pros
The majority of the reps are decent, enjoyable people. The position is a good stepping stone to a different pharma company.
Cons
Management is loaded with dishonest sharks. Micro-managers are the norm. Compensation lags behind other pharma companies. Raises are skimpy, even with good HR reviews. Room sharing at meetings. Primary care reps are treated as inferior beings.
