Pros
Great benefits and pay is probably par with the rest of the market. Great products and to their credit, they try to find new inroads to the market.
Cons
Upper management completely disconnected from what is happening within healthcare. Continue to work variations of the same "reach and frequency" theme and continue to flood the market with contract reps. Although trying to adapt, change comes way to slow and the increasingly shrinking market is leaving Janssen out of the equation.
