Emails and Teams chat messages from upper management sent over weekends and stat holidays Upper management need to be role models for the Right to Disconnect Law but create a false sense of urgency by sending communication after-hours Despite flexible work options available, there is a sense of HO individuals being rewarded for coming into the office vs working remotely and upper management praising you for coming into the office early - contradicts "flexible" work culture and creates a two tier approach. Confusing and anxiety-provoking.
