Most colleagues are talented, hard working, and driven to deliver to patients

Incompetent leadership in multiple departments that follow unethical practices, bullying behaviors, and demand work outside business hours. The culture is beyond toxic with inability to understand current market needs and ability to implement process improvement. New systems are added everyday that continue to be ineffective. Senior Leaders are incapable and unqualified for their roles, resulting in poor business decisions and blame on top talent to be micromanaged and overworked.
