Pros
A company of Johnson and Johnson is a huge pro. It definitely makes decisions based on their Credo. Good benefits as a field employee: company car, unlimited personal usage, always expense gas, pay for internet and phone expenses, work/life balance. Provide good health insurance and decent dental insurance (offer vision as well but not sure how good of coverage)
Cons
They do not have differences in compensation geographically, since it's more expensive to live in certain areas I feel that should be accounted for. Janssen Pharmaceuticals is behind on incorporating up to date technology in training and day to day operations. For example, training calendars are done in a Word document and PTO is calculated in a standard Excel sheet; these types of actions should be web-based. Very limited entry level positions.
