      Good culture is required for any organization to grow. Opportunities for capable resources should exist in organisations.

      Cons

      Incompetent management should not be hired or promoted. It is very demoralising for genuinely hard working resources.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
