  • Great people to work with in certain pockets of the firm (in 14 reviews)

  • Dynamic, aggressive company with an appetite to become a far bigger player in the investment banking world than they currently are (in 12 reviews)

Cons
  • work/life balance varies from tolerable to non-existent (in 17 reviews)

  • Hours can be really brutal, it is a sweatshop to a degree but then again it is investment banking (long hours are to be expected) (in 19 reviews)

    - Great culture, very collegial
    - Benefits are comprehensive
    - Steady growth of entire platform as shown in financial results

    Cons

    - Clawback, high turnover among analysts (but probably problem across all banks), IT group not always responsive, less nimble at times to pursue opportunities

    Valued employees, great working environment, good compensation.
    Management realizes that it's the incidentals and intangibles in addition to a paycheck are necessary to create a satisfying workplace.

    The workload can get heavy at times but there is a good balance.
