      Ian Cumming was fantastic. Justin Wheeler was the best. Really loved working there.

      Cons

      The Jefferies merger was rough for Leucadia employees. Totally different place now.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
