      Pros

      Leveraged Financed group worked alot but group MDs were solid/group culture was good which made it sustainable (definitely not the same for all other groups)

      Cons

      Long work hours and bonus pay was often below street

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
