      Lots of hours so it’s good money.

      Cons

      No structure and they work ya to death without notice your schedule might change and you will have 70 hrs some times.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
