      Pretty competitive comp with solid junior culture

      Cons

      Hours are tough. It’s banking so you expect it, but a lot of last minute work that could have been mitigated if senior team members were more transparent on timing.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
