      Pay is good until you look at it on an hourly rate

      Cons

      Had covid and got told if I wasn't dead I should still be working. Terrible work life balance and poor culture, no support for new graduates

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
