      entrepreneurial spirit; flexibility; no nonsense senior management; not much HR overbearing isssues. Pay for performance

      too much turnover of employees; employee misconduct sometimes taints the whole firm so need better culture

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
