      One of the few banks still expanding rather than cutting down the department. Good salary. Good culture.

      No cons really, one of the better places to do equity research. Lacks a bit for cultural diversity.

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
