      Good tech Down to earth and chill vibe Good management

      Cons

      Cheap and below street pay. too old school and some not willing to accept new ways of doing things but not all. CEO is too woke and most women hired are super feminist .

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
