      Small company, pay is better

      Cons

      But ppl in Asia IT is only process originated and some boss are very toxic with no technical skills ( suprising this boss still survive there for many years which scares off when majority have same view)

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
