Pros
- Good team, good people to work with. - Work can be challenging but this is good for development - Pay and bonus ok - Modern Office
Cons
Office Policy is 3 days a week which is reasonable however to receive emails from management saying "everyone needs to be at their desk by 9am not 9:01am" is a bit silly - no flexibility there. System's are bit outdated however this is common with large banking firms.
