      Pros

      Little known value investor with top decile long term track record. Great culture, good people. Recently moved office to New York.

      Cons

      Ian Cumming no longer involved. Merger with Jefferies has caused some integration issues. Losing some of the original Leucadia culture.

      Supportive firm-wide culture; competitive pay; surrounded by some of the smartest people you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      Like most banking jobs, incredibly long hours. Group specific: culture can be poor / not well supported, poor organization / staffing at group level.
