Pros

This has been the best job I have ever had in my working life. Jet provides its employees with all the resources they need to develop and grow not only as a professional but as a person as well. You work with a dynamic group of people who are succeeding together for the bigger picture for our members. This is a company where management is involved with so many different things you do, and create a comfortable work space where you are able to be yourself. I am able to be my true, authentic self as well as all my other co-workers. The starting pay as well as the raises per your time here as well as the raises that come with promotions are amazing as well. I couldn't be happier with where I'm at here at Jet, and where I'm going to go. They also have endless snacks and drinks!

Cons

I truly have not come across a con that was either big or small. I simply love my job.

Pros

The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

Cons

the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
