Hoboken office has some fantastic employees especially if you’re dealing with some of the older Jet hires. I worked with some very talented and fun people.
Cons
Leadership truly doesn’t know what to do. The supply chain organization is dysfunctional and works in every way to make day to day work as difficult as possible. It’s truly discouraging and has worn out some of our best employees. The walmart acquisition also brought in a negative dynamic of politics and has really shrouded the impressions of certain associates to leadership because their bosses don’t know how to validate what they’re saying (ie leadership is incompetent). I’ve seen some good people leave for very prestigious companies and HR is not hiring the same talent we were hiring before. I don’t see any of these issues being resolved soon. These are 3-10 year problems you’re having x1-4s deal with.
