No career growth opportunities Toxic culture that allows bullying & disrespectful behavior Leadership not held accountable all the way up to Rami Vastly outperformed by competitors, especially Cisco. Stock is a total dud Stingy rewards, RSUs are not given every year and salary increases don’t come close to bringing you up to market or consider inflation & the cost of living Lack of accountability, poor leadership and bad people managers make for an unfulfilling career and extreme boredom. People managers are micro-managers and don’t empower their reports and are typically not competent in the discipline or skill sets of the people they manage
