Pros

- Best financial service practices compared to other Big 4. - Definitely a great place to learn for a fresh graduate accountant. - Good salaries compared to other big 4 (since overtime is included). - Work life balance is definitely better than the other big 4. - Got to meet some marvelously smart and exemplary Bosses with whom you learn more than just accounting and auditing. - As the slogan said "Cutting through complexity", the techniques applied for several industries is more straightforward and get to the point, with substantially less complexity compared to other big 4 (yes, I often compare our techniques with other big 4).

Cons

- The poorest medical benefit system compared to other big 4. - A lot of people there just can't mind their own business and love to talk about the others, mostly the people talked bad in the back, gave harsh comments, and laughed at juniors for their newbie mistakes which in most cases, those mistakes are actually acceptable. - Somehow it seems that even to the upper levels, personal feelings are still being considered as priority compared to the professional work ethics, which definitely slowing the works and trampling the professional concept.

Pros

Good learning environment, the teams help support your development when you're new, and they take you under their wing to succeed in your role.

Cons

It is a grind, work-life balance can become nonexistent, and it can be draining.

Pros

Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

Cons

They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
