Pros
Good experiance in various fields. You definitly get a good look at the professional working environment. They give you opportunities to work for Partners, Managers, Directors, etc. It was a good place to start my career.
Cons
I felt some issues that could have been resolved had senior associates addressed me over a partner. I felt some people on the "team" were more concerned about themselves then the "team" This can happen anywhere though.
